What measures is the hotel taking against COVID-19?
The safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is our number on priority at all times. That’s why we welcome our guests in an appropriate manner in accordance with all the regulations of the ISS (Istituto Superiore Della Sanità). To guarantee the safety of our guests, we have set up some general house rules, ensuring a completely carefree and enjoyable stay.
Do you provide only B&B services?
Yes, our hotel provides only Bed and Breakfast accommodations. This means that you can enjoy both a room and a breakfast buffet until 10:30. After that, we have a bunch of great restaurants and bars we suggest to checkout. Rather go for a quick snack? The La Serena Café provides you with delicious selfmade snacks and aperitives.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Although we’re definitely pet lovers, it’s not allowed to bring pets to the hotel.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-ins start at 12:00. In case you arrive earlier, we will do our best to have your room ready as soon as possible. However, we can’t guarantee your room to be ready before 12:00. If you need to wait to check in, we’ll make sure to keep your suitcases safe at the hotel, so you can already start exploring the neighborhood.
You can check out until 10:00, unless you book a late check-out in advance, for which we charge an additional cost of €30 euros for use until 18:00. Want to keep your room for longer than that? Then you’ll have to book an extra night.
Is it possible to put an extra bed in the room for my child?
Our hotel has larger rooms available for familiar and larger groups of guests in which it’s possible to place extra beds. Get in touch with us and we will check for the availability.
Can we have a baby bed in the room?
Yes. Some rooms offer the available space for max. 1 baby bed the size of 120cm, for €10 a night. Make sure to include it in your reservation in advance.
How can I cancel or adjust my reservation?
If your booked your room directly with us on the phone, you can change or cancel your reservation anytime before the day of arrival (according your cancellation policy). Please contact us, so we can help you with this: email@example.com or +39 043143351.
If you booked through the digital booking system on our website, you can cancel the reservation yourself through the link in the confirmation email.
If you booked your room through a third-party travel agency, such as booking.com or Expedia, we unfortunately can’t help you with your cancellation. Please contact the booking agent directly to find a solution.
What is the tourist tax?
The city tax for our hotel category is €0,90 per person per night, which applies for a maximum stay of 10 nights and is excluded for children under the age of 4.
What payment methods does the hotel accept?
We accept major payment cards like Visa, Vpay, Mastercard, Maestro, or NFC-based technologies like Gpay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay. Rather pay in cash? No problem!
Is there a hair dryer in the room?
Yes, each room comes with a hair dryer in the bathroom.
Are there any toiletries in the bathroom?
Yes. Our bathrooms come with shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and body lotion. The toiletries of our Perla and Nautilus rooms are made with organic ingredients.
